CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

In 2023, Global Apparel's Board of Directors adopted a Code of Business Conduct, which applies to all Global Apparel directors, officers, and associates. Our Code outlines the principles that have been the foundation of our company throughout its history and that continue to shape our actions today.

The Code provides guidance on compliance with laws, other legal mandates, and company policies. Global Apparel also has in-depth policies and procedures to foster ethical conduct, many of which are mentioned within the Code. To offer practical insights, our Code includes Q&A scenarios that showcase how our values and guiding principles can be applied in everyday decisions.
